Men's socks size guide:
Choose the same size sock as your UK foot size:
- Medium: 6 - 8.5
- Large: 9 - 11.5
- X-Large: 12 - 14
However, if you have a particularly wide or narrow foot and you are on the borderline between two sizes then you may wish to consider going up or down a size.
The Ultimate Performance Advanced Arch Support with memory-foam pad allows you to target pressure on the plantar fascia. By supporting this area of the foot it relieves the pain associated with plantar fasciitis.
Our fully adjustable arch strap provides compression and support to relieve plantar fasciitis and foot arch pain. The neoprene strap is easy to apply and adjust. All you do is simply wrap it around the foot. Then adjust to fit for your required compression.
Adjustable support level
We’ve included 3 levels of pad. This means you can adjust for the pressure you need. For example:
- Level 1 is soft
- Level 2 is Medium
- Level 3 is Firm.
We recommend that you start with Level 2 and as you recover switch to level 1. Then, if you require more compression use Level 3. The Advanced Arch Support fits either left or right foot.
